FAQ

Is this a recruitment startup franchise?
No, we are not a franchise company. Your recruitment agency will have its own identity (which you choose), is completely owned by you and we do not take any percentage of your income.

Are you a partner in my company?
No, there is no partnership between us and we will not own any part of your business. Our name Zen Personnel is merely used to convey the type of support/infrastructure that we provide as part of our service – there are no legal connotations.

Do you offer training?
While we are happy to offer you advice, we do not offer training. Our focus is on setting up the infrastructure for your company (your website, software etc.). However we can recommend training courses provided by other companies upon request.

How long does setup take?
Generally fulfilment is complete in about six weeks. This can vary depending on your requirements, and how quickly you are able to approve your logo, website design etc.

How hard is it to get customers?
You have a head start over most start-up businesses as will show you how to access
100s of vacancies plus provide you with immediate vacancies from our network of agencies for you to fill on a split fee basis.

You will be trained in all of the techniques associated with the recruitment process and will have a comprehensive business programme along with personal one-to-one training to help ensure your success.

You will also be provided with and trained in how to create sales letters and e-mails, which will get people's attention. The hardest part of any business is winning a client, we recognise this, and believe that our training programme will give you all the tools necessary to do so.

The competition is good but very beatable!

Are you able to support my business in other ways?
Through our sister companies we can offer additional services such as accountancy, payroll, ICT and Business Insurance. Please contact us if you would like further information.

Can I start my recruitment agency whilst still in full time employment?
Yes. Many of our business owners start their recruitment agency while still in full time employment until such time when they have made a couple of placements. We have a business model that has been designed to help ones in this position.

I have a question, who can I ask?
Whatever your question, please contact us and we'll be happy to have an informal chat and answer any questions you may have.
